Given Bix’s past approaches, especially when compared to Maty’s, I don’t believe she is the right fit for the role.

I think this is worthwhile as a 6 month trial, and I don't know many who are as connected to Nouns as Bix. I'd like to continue to see her get involved in things aside from Nouncil, as having her listen in on Nouns GG is a nice change from how most of Nouns treats the esports side of things.

We support the tracking & follow-up section of this prop, it brings needed proposer accountability to the dao.

Unfortunately, the rest of the work (Enhanced Audit Process & Legal Recovery Framework) feels unnecessary right now, speculative and unclear, with uncertain results from the documentation being prepared. The legal recovery aspect already flagged as a small component, if even possible. The ability to claim tax write-off or loses from uncompleted line items from past props, again unclear when asked admin.

Potentially tasks that could be proposed when theres more clarity on them.

Setting aside those unfortunately personal aspects, this proposal - yet again - creates a de facto Administrator with indeterminate fiduciary obligations to the DUNA.

The authors of the DUNA legislation have been abundantly clear that this is not how DUNAs should be structured, that we are creating unnecessary legal risk, and that we should pursue a different legal entity if this is how we intend to empower individuals!

Rather than continue to play with fire, (by fire I mean agency & securities law,) we'd be better served to explore more robust onchain accountability mechanisms, like milestone based payments tied to propdates and clawback mechanisms along the lines of stream cancellations.
