The proposal 646 was excuted to a totally random wrong address (eth:0x0e36f7e4919f3CbAA21f134886a27358018F4FeB), which is don't have control over.
The correct claim address should be the Nouns School buffer Wallet (eth:0x0e36FBE469D2146a708234791Eae877570664fEB)
