Love this iniative and the next iteration of Nouns esports! Sasquatch and team have done an amazing job onboarding new gamers and this crew has really dove into governance and all things Nouns.

Supporters highlighted the team’s exemplary character, conduct, and integration into the Nouns ecosystem, praising their efforts both in-game and socially. They believe the team members are ideal ambassadors for Nouns, embodying its values and mission. The proposal's reasonable ask and the team's proven success in the competitive scene were also key factors. Despite a few votes against, the majority are excited about the potential to reach more gamers and women, and to support inspiring content through this sponsorship.

I'm normally a bit skeptical with sponsorships, are we just slapping Noggles on something for top level proliferation... or is there a mid to bottom level conversion that can happen? .... but after hearing the Noun FE team during our last Nouncil call I left feeling so bullish about this team. I loved hearing how they were skeptical about crypto, but Nouns is what made them realize really cool things can happen with blockchain tech. It was also great to hear that one of the team members first bit of crypto she ever received was from a Prop House round..... these are exactly the type of onboarding stories we need to lean into it.

I'm not a huge gamer so I'm out of my element here but it seems to be +EV for nouns. Nouns has been active in esports and I think theres an opportunity for nouns to be a "brand" in esports known for their high caliber teams (is this how it works?)

Supportive of this on the basis that the players are so active in Nouns and it enforces that path of: Discover Nouns -> Engage -> Pass a prop -> Live your dream.

There is something infectious about being sponsored/funded by Nouns and work on your dream project or be able to do what you love for a living.

I cant say i have the data to prove it, but my hunch/hope is that with enough cases like Nouns FE, we will eventually hit some sort of escape velocity where Nouns is talked about as a place/thing that makes dreams come to life. Slowly, then all at once-style.

These three best understand how amazing this team is and the work they have been putting in. I am super proud and pumped to have this CS team!

The FE team joined Nouns through an esports Prop House round and have been active participants in our ecosystem ever since. They are among the most integrated members from gaming, engaging in various aspects like TNS, Nounscraft, Farcaster, and onchain voting through delegation.

When they expressed interest in a longer-term arrangement, I encouraged them to create a proposal themselves, which they enthusiastically did. This proposal showcases their understanding of Nouns and their commitment to providing maximum proliferation value while competing at the highest levels in female CS.

Women's esports is vastly underserved, with few sponsored teams and unequal rewards in prize pools and sponsorships. By transparently funding a top team, Nouns will stand out and compete against renowned organizations such as FlyQuest and TSM (formerly TSMFTX).

These ladies have put their hearts into working with Nouns, and I fully support their efforts.
