LuNouns Eyewear V2 Proposal

We greatly appreciate the feedback received during the pre-voting period. It has been invaluable, and we thank you immensely for your engagement. Based on your insights, we have identified several areas for improvement and have structured our approach into four main steps.

Product Details:

The LuNouns will be priced at $120, which includes an NFC tag, Eco-acetate frames from Mazzucchelli, OBE hinges, and Essilor lenses equipped with a blue light filter. Prescription lenses will be available as an optional feature.

Production and Go-To-Market Plan:

  • Step 1: Development -Prototype Development (30 days) -Development of the Website, Lens Configurator, Smart Contract, and NFC Coding (1.5 months)

  • Step 2: Initial Production and Marketing -Launch of the first batch of 600 pieces (production: 2.5 months) -Creation of promotional content: Photos, Videos, and 3D Productions -Pre-orders with early bird discounts

  • Step 3: Distribution and Official Launch -Shipment of Pre-orders -Official Product Launch -Advertising, Marketing Campaigns, and Event Hosting -Collection of Initial Feedback

  • Step 4: Expansion and Iteration -Incorporation of feedback into new collections and features

Volume Adjustment:

-While V1 aimed for 2,000 pairs due to minimum order quantities, V2 will start with 600 frames, divided into four colors, each available with a sun clip. -All glasses will be available with various lens options: prescription, gaming, driving, sun, photochromic, and blue light filter.

-New Funding Requirements: 90 500 USDC (Financial breakdown bellow)

-Market Expansion: Our strategy involves mainstreaming LuNouns to attract a broader customer base -Technology Integration: We are the first eyewear brand in the market to implement NFC technology directly into the temple of our glasses.
