Easy yes. The budget is more than reasonable, clearly outlined and doesn't get diluted by other costs. The risk/reward makes this a no-brainer IMHO. Excited to see the most Nounish Hacks!

very supportive of small funding props like this where long time nouns fans / nouners bring nouns into a nounish thing that they are independently doing. silly hacks sounds incredibly nounish and happy for nouns to play a small part.
Would have liked to have seen more information about the hackathon in the prop itself -- even just a link to a website with info or anything providing more details. Where is it being held? other sponsors? (I see Lens mentioned -- any others?) Where is this being promoted? Will there be any media from the event? Will there be some signage for Nouns and promotion on socials? Or on a website that notes nouns sponsoring?
I've been pretty consistent that funding should also proliferate nouns and the best way to signal that is ⌐◨-◨ somewhere.
Not against the concept but just feel that there should be more detail shared as to how this proliferates nouns.
The most silly outcome is the most likely. Def in favor of joyful experimentation, this creative freedom has the potential to create huge unlocks for builders. LFG

I'm helping organize an April Fools Themed Hackathon in NYC on Sat 3/30 and would love to have Nouns DAO sponsor 3 prizes of $1337 (updated from original $420.69 based on Nouner feedback) each for "Most Nounish Hack":
Hey all - nbaronia.eth here. Long time voter, first time proposer. My friends Jaclyn Chan, Bobby Thakkar and I are hosting a hackathon in NYC on Saturday March 30th for people building "Silly Hacks". The only rules for the hackathon are:
I think the concept of silly hacks is very aligned with being nounish, and as Chris Dixon wrote in his seminal blog post, The next big thing will start out looking like a toy.
To that end, I am requesting $4011 ($1337 x 3) to award to the top 3 "Most Nounish Hacks". That could be anything cryptonative broadly related to Nouns. Jaclyn, Bobby, and I are all cryptonatives and would be happy to judge and share the hack on socials afterwards and tag Nouns. We are expecting 100+ hackers with diverse backgrounds, ranging from people (1) still in school, (2) people who work in consumer tech, (3) people who work in a creative role (design, product, indie devs, etc) and more.
This is a high signal event to proliferate the nounish meme at. 100% of the proceeds will go towards the prize pool, as we already have all the other expenses and logistics covered. Other cryptonative sponsors include Lens for $5k. And if you're a Noun in Now York stop by and say hi!
