This approximately 267-hectare area is undergoing progressive redevelopment to accommodate the growing number of visitors. With the recent completion of their forest park resting area refurbishment, and leveraging our established relationship with the authorities, we've already received approval for the installation of Nounish public infrastructure at the rest area.
The rest area is located right next to the iconic reservoir (Tear of Guangzhou), making it the go to spot for visitors. Placing our Nounish infrastructure strategically at the rest area ensures functionality while creating a popular spot at Mt. Liupian. The spot would enhances Nouns' discovery along with virality as visitors shares their activities and photos on their social platforms.
The total proposed budget is 64,300 USDC + 2ETH, with an allocation as follows:

i'm a little unsure about how i feel re: large nouns signage being built out in forest parks (personally i would find it pretty intrusive if a crypto brand placed their logo prominently in local parks in california). also given that the resting area already exists i guess the "funding public infrastructure" side of the prop is mostly around the benches being installed? didn't have enough conviction to vote against... so abstaining

I think its interesting to run a PH round for physical installations and get designers to participate. Happy to help and frame the PH round to be a small architectural competition, and relay it as much as possible via my network.

Like Disney and characters, the psychological simple contact effect works and at first they don't understand the meaning, but then their subconscious mind kicks in and they start to like Nouns. I have seen it happen many times recently. In Rusutsu, I was approached by many people who wanted Noggle because it was cool, although they don't know what it is.
I think the team did a great job of taking in feedback from their last proposal and bringing a scaled down version in this proposal. I also like the prop house round added in for engagement.
I like the proposers' nounish history. I am generally skeptical of "physical" stuff, if only because it can have at best limited reach, and is not the most crypto-native thing that we could be doing with our funds. While it' s certainly valuable for people to interact with the noun brand and iconography to become "onboarded", i feel like the conversion pipeline for physical projects like these are vague at best. That said, I think since the ask is <0.5% of the treasury, it seems like an ok use of funds and will vote for. In general, I would not support more expensive props for physical stuff as I would rather the treasury be used on more internet-native and crypto-native projects.
After seeing the visuals from the ski resort and skateparks, as well as some earlier activation from this team (love the chairs!) I'd love to giant noggles worldwide and this seems like a great next location.

Hash & Karl have connections to the national government/ building department where they live, which means Nouns could become more and more integrated into the civil infrastructure of China. they’ve already installed Nouns literally across the entire country love that a Nounish chair has been made IRL, as well as monuments/ gathering points
