tl;dr
We are requesting 185,000 USDC for the development of 'Nogglers,' an animated series where Noggles will take front and center and act hand-in-hand with main characters in the story.
Once the pilot is completed, we will seek acquisition from a broadcaster/streaming company and therefore we will not return to the DAO for future funding.
Introducing a series that will transform the history of humanity through the lens of Noggles.
This is a fictional series with fantastical elements, based on the story of two teenagers from the 90s, named Steven Maxwell and Will Cooper, who find two pairs of Noggles, which prove to be a powerful tool capable of greatly enhancing human intelligence.
The boys will use the power of their Noggles to create a device that travels through time and explore various important eras of humanity. But things will not always go as planned, and their Noggles will end up in the hands of illustrious historical figures.
Imagine Da Vinci and Einstein boosting their IQs with Noggles. Would Da Vinci have invented the helicopter in his time? Would Einstein have figured out the secrets of cosmic travels using black holes? These are some of the mysteries we’ll unveil.
Each episode will feature self-contained adventures that can be consumed independently. At the same time, a season-long arc will connect the episodes, providing an overarching narrative to the series.
Characters
The classic pair of glasses you already know! Traveling though time and changing the course of history. They will take front and center in this story and will act as the key compontent in the main characters journey.
Two 17-year-old teenagers from the 1990s who live in San Francisco. They love creating things in Steven's garage, listening to Pearl Jam, inspired by the geniuses of Silicon Valley. They disassemble radios, televisions, computers, Discmans, and other electronic objects and put them back together, just like they did with Lego when they were kids.
The boys are fascinated by Einstein's theory of relativity, Tesla's inventions, and stories about time travel. Although they aren't the senior year types coveted by the best universities, the two inseparable friends believe that one day they will make a great invention. Little do they know that they will end up changing the course of history.

Synopsis (Condensed)
Steven and Will are heading to Baker Beach in San Francisco. It's the peak of summer vacation, and they want to get out of Steven's garage, where they spend most of their days disassembling and reassembling objects like radios, computers, TVs, and older items, always hoping to create something that will change the world.
On the way to the beach, they enter a pawn shop and notice two different glasses with large square lenses on a shelf. They buy the glasses, put them on their faces, and walk down the street to the beach, but something strange begins to happen. Their minds start bubbling with ingenious ideas. They realize that the glasses have somehow made them much smarter.
They return home, start gathering some parts, and quickly develop a small device capable of opening a space-time portal and taking them to another era. Steven programs the device for a recent date in the past, but in his excitement he forgets to enter the year. When he presses button, a beam portal opens, and they end up in a very ancient era.
On the other side of the portal, they end up in a forest, and notice unknown large insects and some animals they had never seen before. Will questions Steven about the date he entered into the device and Steven realizes that he did not enter the year. They are in a completely random year of history, probably in a very ancient era.
They decide to come back, but when Steven takes the device to program the return, a monkey steals it from his hand, climbs a tree, and disappears from sight. The two friends panic and start chasing the monkey. They are now in a race against time.
With their new found intelligence boost, they create a clever trap, capable of attracting and capturing the monkey. The plan works. Steven tries to program the return, but a monkey steals it from his hand. The two friends panic and start chasing the group of monkeys. They manage to recover the device and return to their time. However, Steven realizes that he left his Noggles in the past, and this might just change the course of history. The episode ends with Will and Steven looking at the completely modern and different San Francisco Bridge from what it is today.

Distribution
We have outlined a marketing strategy in an effort to reach a large audience and generate engagement before and after the pilot premiere.
-
Content: We will create short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, aiming to leverage their high viral potential and massive user base. These videos will showcase behind-the-scenes stories, the making-of process, and create excitment for the grand launch event.
-
Paid Media: We will use paid media to boost these contents, ensuring they reach a broader audience.
-
PR: Alongside the online strategy, we will prepare and send press kits (including noggles!) to selected globally influent content creators and journalists in the fields of pop culture and web3. A press release will also be prepared and sent to media outlets.
-
Network Outreach: For the pilot release, our goal is to make a big impact and attract attention from potential buyers. We aim to use the pilot to sell the series to a broadcasting or studio, so we won't need to return to the DAO for funding future episodes. We have already initiated preliminary discussions with industry contacts who have shown interest in the project and are willing to review the pilot for potential acquisition.
-
YouTube Partners: We are in talks with a few major YouTube channels (TBA) that are willing to launch the pilot on their platform. They have a significant subscriber base and high average views per video.
-
IRL Launch Event: We plan to host an exclusive event with key industry figures. The event will be live-streamed, allowing the community to engage, similar to the Short Shorts premiere.
