This is very interesting proposal but I think the budget is a little bit too big.
Appreciate CT's efforts in rewriting this proposal a few time. Voting against: 1) agree with Krel and 12 "more world building, less brand awareness" 2) hard to see the intersection since Nouns is about Open Source and public goods and CT is mostly about financial, political and legal crypto news.
Cointelegraph readers don't seem like the right audience. Rather reach creators and builders beyond just crypto.

The best marketing or sponsorship we can do is through regular funding proposals. In some some Prop House and regular initiatives are already our crypto-native form of distribution. To directly spend DAO resources on marketing (especially general brand marketing as opposed to specific product or proposal marketing) doesn't seem prudent.
Appreciate the time and effort of the proposers, but we don't think this is a good initiative for nouns at this time. We need to actively nerd-snipe and creative-pill talented builders, versus going on a mass media offensive.
while im not against working with media companies in the future, I don't find cointelegraph to be the right fit for us
Appreciate the efforts of the proposer but largely agree with noun12. We are better off funding world building than brand awareness.

Display advertising and twinning content aren't useful for the DAO. We need something to advertise not brand awareness. The value I'd place on this for the DAO under 10 ETH, not because of Cointelegraph's quality but because brand awareness with no call to action doesn't move the Nouns' needle in its current state.
